CAThis disclosure is provided in compliance with California AB 2013 (Generative AI Training Data Transparency Act) and related California and federal guidance on AI use in marketing and communications. This policy took effect January 1, 2026.

Our Use of Artificial Intelligence

Humbear Media, LLC (‘we,’ ‘us,’ ‘our’) uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems in our operations and in services we provide to clients. This page discloses how we use AI, what AI tools we employ, and your rights as they relate to AI-generated content and automated decision-making.

AI and Human Oversight

Humbear Media maintains human review and oversight of AI outputs in all client-facing applications. Automated systems do not make final decisions on matters involving health, safety, or significant financial impact without human review.

Automated Decision-Making

We use automated systems for lead scoring, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization. These systems process behavioral data to prioritize outreach and ad targeting. They do not make decisions about your eligibility for healthcare services.
